Follow the programme’s voice-guided protocols and the media exercises added by your professional. Each has its own way of guiding practice within the same daily cycle.

Protocol Player · guided by voice
Your RBCS assessment informs the personal 14-day programme created by RCDC. The Protocol Player guides you through its instructions by voice, with a music bed selected for the exercise. Pauses between instruction blocks leave room to practise, notice your response and let the experience settle.

Media Player · expertise in practice
Professionals add video and other media exercises through Coaching Pro in Recalib OS, positioning their expertise within your cycle. The Media Player gives that guidance a focused place to watch, listen and practise, with the activity connected to the day’s execution record.

Bring a change in your day into the picture.
Some moments call for a fresh check-in. Choose a familiar state or enter your cognitive, emotional and physical values. Pulse uses the RCDC engine to provide situational support within the regulatory boundaries established by your RBCS assessment.

Quick state · choose a familiar situation
Select the scenario that best describes this moment — from scattered energy or tension to a short reset. A quick way to signal a change without entering each channel separately.

Return to a day. Keep its context.
Calendar brings the day’s practice, sleep rhythm, shared Conversation and Private Journal together. Revisit earlier Home Messages to hear an expert’s instructions, guidance or announcements again — keeping useful context available when you need to return to it.

Daily items · practice in its intended place
Morning, Situational and Evening items show what is available or locked. Daily exercises belong to their scheduled day in the 14-day programme; earlier days remain a record rather than a library of replayable practice.

Earlier Home Messages can be watched again, so an important instruction or announcement does not depend on remembering it the first time. Daily exercises are different: once their day has passed, they are no longer available to perform. Their history remains visible, preserving the sequence and context of the 14-day programme.
